Design Services

Residential designs can be completed by either a "per square foot" price or at an "hourly" rate.

The price per square foot will vary with the style of each home and the amount of detail required.  The price per square foot will average between $1.75 and $2.50 for most projects.  Our hourly design rate is $60.00 per hour.

In addition to complete residential design projects, we offer our services to builders/developers that may only need additional detail work completed on their existing designs.  We can tailor a pricing structure for projects small to large.
